Looks good , out the box . But once installed it's very weak it's can't even rotate anything ! What's the point if it doesn't work? Like a lot of Amazon gear motors this out didn't work

Horrible documentation.

Bought 3 of the same motor.- Motor 1 seemingly had the wrong gear reduction ratio. I didn't bother confirming once I tested the other motors.- Motor 2 had a broken female connector on the encoder.- The encoder magnet on motor 3 made contact with the PCB and connector, making an audible noise.- Motor 3 suffered intermittent power loss and drew less current than the other two motors.- Motor 3's encoder PCB was loose.Too many problems to keep. Returning them immediately.
