Not having used other Models I can say from my first point of view that this one was easy to use easy to store the instructions made it simple. Power washed a complete deck before staining and lots of neighbors. Want to borrow it because it has a wonderfully long hose going to the wand.

I bought this for my cleaning company slightly over a month ago. I used it ONCE and it worked great. Went on vacation. Came back a week ago and went to use it a second time yesterday on another job, and it stopped working altogether. Motor just doesn't work or go on at all. It's like the motor blew or something. I have no idea. So there's no pressure for the water. I go to check the details about returning the item for manufacturers defection and my return window is already up? Return window is only 1 month? How is anyone supossed to know if there's a manufacture defect unless they are using it every day? This is something that gets used often, one month return window is ridiculous. Now I have to re-invest in my business to get a 'working' product from a 'trusted' company and I had to give my contract to someone else cause I didn't have a working pressure washer and it was a time sensitive contract. As in, had to be done THAT day. So upset that I can't rectify this. A waste of money. Costed me personal income because if the defection. No way to rectify the problem. Send my money back so I can buy a trusted product instead and I'll bump it up to a 3 star review for good customer service. If not, everyone's gonna keep seeing this truth.

I was 100% skeptical about this unit. I have owned gas pressure washers in the past and figured this thing would feel like a toddlers’s sprinkler.Disclaimer: I have only used this for 3 hours so far and reserve the right to say “I told you so” later if it does break. That being said, for the price, if it only works one day it was worth the money.This adorable little unit has guns to back itself up! It slices and dices through grit and grime like it’s got a real beef to settle. I’m sort of proud of it for just going for it. Too soon to say we’re in love, but I believe it’s here for the right reasons.Back to being barefoot… I’m maybe a little slightly a teenie-weenie but obsessive and was pressure washing absolutely everything in my path. It occurred to me that my shoes might need a little pick me up. I recall the instruction manual suggesting that I don’t pressure wash any of my own parts or parts of my friends, so I removed my shoes prior to giving them the water smacking they deserved. And here I sit, covered in speckles of dirt that honestly didn’t even see it coming, feeling like I may have changed the world today, barefoot, in March.The pressure washer is good. It was also surprisingly inexpensive. Thank you, Greenworks. I’m sorry for doubting you.

I had problem with the trigger wand/attachment and I called the service center and the agent was very helpful and sent me replacement parts which to my surprise arrived the next day by Purolator free of charge. So I am impressed with the customer support. However after fixing the problem I have only used the machine once. It seem to work fine and I did finish washing the car. But the action of the machine was a bit pulsing or jerky and I called the service support and according to them it is normal for this small size machine. I hope they are right and the machine can continue to work for long time. If it is reliable and can last then it is good machine esp to wash cars as the lower pressure is sufficient to spray and not damage the paintwork.

It’s better than expected. I cleaned my patio with it and the results were amazing. You do need to get closer to the surface tho otherwise the power isn’t as strong. The hose looks strong as well. Such a good price.

I got the lightest powered model of this machine and although the actual unit itself worked great right out of the box, the parts that came with it are complete garbage. The soap applicator is a joke. There is no way of disassembling it to replace the mesh filter if and when needed and there are no adjustment blades on it.The gun was a dismal failure as well. I could not get it to shoot any water out of the gun. I tried a stubby gun that I had on hand and that worked great....so long as I didn't use the nozzles that came with the greenworks unit. The nozzles that came with the greenworks machine also did not work. I didn't even try the hose that came with it because I had a much better quality hose to use, so I can't report my opinion on anything but the unit on its own.The one plus it does have is that it is a lightweight pressure washer. Its compact and easy to tug around while washing my car. That is the only reason I got this really. It's just for car washing. If I was to want a pressure washer for other chores or projects, I would be looking for something else that has more power and better parts that come with it
