Like another reviewer, there is a fraction/decimal conversion chart on one side, but the other side with the important stuff - measurements - is totally blank. Pretty useless ruler...

The material is metal and feel solid. The problem is that the main face was plain black with no marking as the photo shows. Looks like a poor quality control issue from the seller. Makes it a nice piece of junk unfortunately.
