I wasn't sure this would work very well. but it really gets down there.really digs in.puns aside . . . this works very well.the assembly is very easy, and it's a very sturdy tool

This hand auger is true to size. At 85 cm in length, it's a very comfortable size to use without hunching - very ergonomic. The handle is non-slip and very comfortable to grip. The auger feels well made and sturdy, and there are no defects that I can tell. This auger is absolutely perfect for working in my yard/garden, as it makes digging holes incredibly quick and easy. And unlike a shovel, where I'd have to physically pick up the dirt and throw it away (tedious and heavy), this auger simply pushes it out of the way, saving me from physically picking up and moving all that dirt. Using the auger is an incredible spine-saver and I can't believe I waited this long to get one, really!This auger is the perfect size for a backyard gardener. It doesn't take up much space to store, and it's easy to pull out when needed. This auger bores holes easily for planting, whether that's flowers, shrubs, or even trees! This auger is incredibly handy and I personally think that everyone that has a yard should have one of these augers, it's a time saver and a spine saver. It's much easier to make a hole with an auger than with a shovel, I'll tell you that much.
