Cheap sound quality, knob to set to radio/tape/CD falls off, ruined first tape I put in it, tape controls are next to cd and cd controls are next to tape, waste of money buy anything except this.

first off the boom box was damaged in the mail..the cd player was constantly skipping..the bigestproblem is the am fm radio..its manual not digital..hard to get some station and some are static ..i listen to 106.7 lit fm in nyc..could not even get it on the dial! returned it and as always amazonwas very friendly and returned it with no problem

This radio is a piece of blank it’s so cheap it can’t get any radio station inside or outside, destroyed 2 cassettes. It’s not worth the money, if it was $5.99 I wouldn’t take it.

Not impressed with the sound. When I went to use it for the first time the sound wasn't very loud at all. I had to borrow a different unit to do my entertainment for my residents. I had the volume on full and it still wasn't loud enough.

Horrible, cheap, antenna fell off. Buttons hard to turn ,sound is terrible. It was a gift for my parents anniversary and the opened it recently and are very disappointed. I can't return it. Don't get this product.

I bought this as a birthday present for my blind daughter because it had buttons that stuck out and she could learn these pretty easy. We bought it for her old cassettes and never got to the CD player before I returned. But reading others, apparently the CD is just as poor. Anyway it is almost impossible to insert a cassette because the insert area is so tight and you have to use one hand just to hold the unit well enough to get the cassette in. Then, half the cassettes played at fast speed and half correctly. FYI, this unit has only ONE SPEED. Many of the cassettes wouldn't play at all or only after inserting and removing many time. Some would never play. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand but I don't understand how this even got a 3 1/2 star average review. I would not recommend this unit for anyone that I liked.

The cd player is hard to load, and the cd door will close if not properly loaded.But once you get the cd to clip properly in place it works.Playing cds I noticed a definite hum. Like that of a record player before the music starts. Not big enough of an issue to return it, but the speakers are very poor. An Echo dot sounds better.In the end, I bought it for my grandmom to listen to the Phillies on the radio, and it will do the job.

Works fine unless you want to listen to audio CD/mp3 discs will not play them. 😕
