Bought as a Xmas present. It did come in a massive box with far too much paper but at least it was protected.Good quality and looks great on the wall.

Bought this as a birthday present for a friend and the screws for the door came out while hanging and the hinges needed to be glued on. Hoping company reaches out after this review and I will update the rating based on customer service experience.

Didn’t get the colour I ordered,why? I have no idea,since that isn’t even an option.Cheaply made and put together for a 150 bucks I have to say.You can do better at Canadian Tire for have the price.Not going to send it back,because how much time and energy it takes. Thanks for nothing.

Product photo show a darker wood finish product came very light and bleached not anything close to photos Very disappointed. They’ve changed the colour and forgot to upgrade their photos.
