I give it 4/5 because you need an L shaped (90 degree) cable tip on the guitar end so that you can put it on the stand while plugged in.Otherwise, a perfect stand. It's light, but heavy duty & sturdy, and ultra portable. I take mine busking all the time.

Sure like these Hercules stands. This is my third one and totally trust them with my expensive Gibson. Not afraid of the guitar falling over. Very portable to take along to events.

Positives: easy to fold, compact to carry.Negatives: not much support high up the back of the guitar and a very narrow center point of contact with back of guitar.. A slight nudge would make the guitar fall off to the side - caught an expensive acoustic doing that when it wasn't placed exactly right. No idea how this would be with electric guitars.. Having some short "wings" that opened to either side at the top would make guitars sit more securely.

Love the size, the convenience of it folded up, Hercules stands are built to last, by far my favourite stand brand, but the design one this one is just awesome!

I am not using this for it's intended purpose. I am using this for a 32" TV monitor for karaoke. It is perfect! The raised base allows for cables to cleanly pass underneath. The foam rubber coated metal allows the tv to stay in place. The double rail holds the TV in a snug position. highly recommend this for karaoke hosts and AV enthusiasts.

This is just what I wanted for holding my guitar while completing setup at performances or at home when the guitar is not in its case.It is sturdy, well-balanced so the guitar does not tip over, and it is nicely cushioned in all the right places. It is much easier to pack and carry with no parts to break down or wear out. It slides open and shut easily. It is exactly what I was looking for, and I have already recommended it to a friend.
