Quickly and safely compresses the coil spring for replacing a shock absorber unit or spring as well as allowing safe and easy repairs on bent struts, strut tubes, and damaged pieces. Features forged construction, threaded rod, and built-in detent pins. Broad spring contact and built in detent pins lock the spring into place for safer spring compression. Threaded rod allows for durable and smooth compression of springs both on or off the vehicle with hand or power tools. Forged hooks and center screw hardened for extreme strength and long life. Lowered my '17 392 Scat Pack Shaker Challenger. This made short work of compessing the front springs for removal from the front struts. Worked great and easy to use. Very sturdy and worked flawlessly.

Para muelles pequeños como de nicaragüense , mini o arosa , no te balen ya que la sujeción es demasiado grande para que entren y lo compriman y aún menos si vas a desmontar unos muelles deportivos , para el resto no hay problema .

These worked great for me to compress the springs on my ATV. The safety pins to hold the teeth in place are good. Seemed very sturdy to use.

This made compressing the spring a snap. Easy to use, beefy construction, safety retaining pins, good value for the money. From it's construction, it looks like it could easily be used for many successful strut jobs for the do-it-yourself person. Very satisfied

Used these to swap the struts on an 07 Impreza. They are on the bigger size and had to do a bit of black magic to make em fit but all in all did the work I needed them to do very well. The one bad thing is the little rings they used to pull the safety pin is extremely flimsy and stretch with no effort. This issue didn't compromise the tool but is annoying.

Pretty straight forward to use. Should not be labeled heavy duty tho, this is for SUV at most possibly. Tried using on truck springs and ready rod bent quickly and safety pins could not close cause spring was to thick. Heavy duty in the auto world means full size pickups for me and these do not match that. One ready rod ended up snapping on the last spring when I was releasing the tension( nobody or parts where damaged) but it definitely was alarming.
