Recoil Air Compressor Hose

Hromee polyurethane recoil hose is constructed of polyurethane, exhibits extreme, all-weather flexibility and outperforms nylon hose, giving you the strength and flexibility. Bend restrictors prevent wear and tear at the joints, a kink resistant design prolongs the using life of the hose. The coupler and plug kit offers the basic need of connection.

It’s maybe ten feet if you pull on it with all your strength. It’s appears to be high quality but hard to stretch. I put chest high on a regulator right in front of me on my work bench. It’s not very stretchy and makes it difficult to maneuver my pneumatic nailers. But again, appears to be high quality and obviously it returns to its original shape.

I have a spraybooth with a pancake compressor for my Critter Sprayer. This was the perfect coiled hose choice for my space. It expands when I need it to, but doesn't clutter up my space or knock down cans when I move with it. It is easy to find with it's bright color and easy to put away with the coiled hose.

I am going to leave my original review so my update will be read in context. HROMEE has great customer service. Within a day I received an email from HROMEE asking for details. I requested that they send me a new coupler - nothing more. Yesterday a replacement hose showed up. Not the coupler so I could fix it - a complete new airline with both end fittings. I will definitely purchase from HROMEE again should I need a product they sell. 5 Star customer serviceOriginal review: I purchased this product in March (2023) and have used it a few times with no issues. Today (June 16) I went to use it and the "brass coupler" is leaking. As much as I worked it the air leak did not stop. In all fairness, I was very happy with the product up to this point. In searching the HROMEE site via Amazon I cannot find anything about a warranty so my happiness has diminished considerably. I will most likely go get a new coupling and fix it myself but I am disappointed in the quality of the product.

It is flexible and has good end connectors. My old hose was plastic, hard and broke because it was so brittle.

The cost was inexpensive compared to other hoses I looked at. It came with the male and female attachments and seems sturdy enough and has worked perfectly for my small compressor. I’m using it to occasionally fill up my casting pressure pot and I don't expect it to see a lot of wear and tear. It’s rated for much more pressure than I’m putting through it. So far so good.

I've used it several times now, and it's quite handy, easy to grab and hook up, disconnect and put away. I expected it to break, leak or be hard to connect, but that has eluded this item so far. It feels OK, hate to admit that, but it just comes close to that quality feeling, like right on the edge. The length is just right for quick use. For the price, and since I'm not a professional and won't use it everyday, it has value. I won't give it 5 stars because I've been burned by items like this, so I gave it less. This item leans towards the positive side for me. Who knows, it may last 10 years for me and be invaluable. It just didn't shout with joy, but gets the job done so far.
