We constanly have issues with this sound machine. Only one sound will play on the device for more than 1 hour and most of the songs lag and cut in/out. The night light works great but the main reason we bought it was for the sound machine… horrible.I would not purchase anything from this company again. Some of their preloaded music is horrible as it ranges in volume.

I bought this as a gift for a baby shower for a coworker and she couldn’t stop talking about it. She said later after using it that she loved it and loved that she could grab it and take it anywhere in the house quickly.

I ended up returning this. The sound quality wasn’t great, I wasn’t too fond of the app, and the real deal-breaker is that the audio monitor can’t be used at the same time as the sound machine. I imagined using this device to put baby to sleep with some white noise and then being able to check in on their sleep with the monitor, but doing so would require turning off the noise.

3yo started waking in the night and resisting bedtime. We had used a Hatch since he was born. Changed the sound to sleepy stories and it instantly worked! Problem was Hatch doesn’t have an option to continue all night. Purchased the Eclipse+ and was relieved we could continue the stories all night! Then, we experienced the connection issues. It will randomly shut off and go offline. Resulting in child waking and screaming. It will also send repeated notifications that the sleep training has started when it hasn’t even turned on. Tried to contact customer service. Website says it has live chat and you can’t find where to start chatting. Submitted a ticket and got error messages. Finally, sent an email. Received a response DAYS later saying to restart the machine. Uh….🤦🏻♀️

This thing is complete garbage. Very unpolished interface on the app, and won't connect when you need it to! Connects via wifi and Bluetooth, but seems to think it's connected via Bluetooth and doesn't work as a Bluetooth speaker. It's got weak sound, and I wasted $80 on complete garbage. You messed up, and my kid is crying and it won't work to soothe him for bed. You suck. Don't release unpolished garbage and make all these claims about functionality that simply doesn't exist. A completely embarrassment. I'd give it -3 stars if that were possible.

It was time for us to replace our daughters projector nightlight and this product looked like the perfect fit, especially with the bluetooth speaker as they also have their own bedtime playlist on their ipads.PROS (for us)- Multiple color options and you can adjust brightness- Blue tooth allows us to play a custom playlist for bedtime- Device can detach from the charging "port" so its more portable.- Buttons on product are intuitive and easy to navigateCONS- The App is not user friendly or needs some improvements. We tried to setup a schedule through the App but encountered multiple issues that were frustrating:1) You cannot edit the scheduled while it is marked "active". you must first make it inactive, then open it and make edits.2) Each time I edited the times for the schedule, it changed by 1 hour after I saved it. For example: Wake Time was set to 5:45am. After I hit save the scheduled then showed 4:45am. This was DLS weekend, so I'm not sure if they impacted how the app functioned.3) I tried to delete the schedule and start over but now when I try to add a new scheduled or alarm I get a pop up message that says "looks like your camera is offline. Please turn on the camera and try again". This is confusing because there is no camera for the device.Ultimately, we do not NEED the App as its not the primary function since our kids are 10 & 11, so we can still enjoy the product; however, it's important piece to know if the App features are part of the reason you want to purchase. Hopefully they will make corrections soon so the product can be enjoyed to its full potential!
