Great agility ladder. Rungs are bright, durable and adjustable along the length of the fabric sides. Comes with a bag and charts with sample exercises. Easy to set up and put away.

I like that the ladder has stakes as well as a guide for agility drills. Unfortunately, the medium resistance band snapped the first time I used it. I'm not that strong. Also, the light resistance band rolls up quite easily. I realize it was a very inexpensive set altogether and even came with a bonus gift which I enjoy. I would just recommend buying a better quality set of bands.
