I bought this product to protect my Rose of Sharron tree against what I think is rats, but as you can see by the photos, this product does not work. I have reapplied adding cayenne pepper, maybe that will do the trick.

Produit très cher, c'est essentiellement de la chaux éteinte (hydroxide de calcium) et des huiles essentielles. On peut se faire soi même son badigeon/blanc arboricole: chaux vive + eau.

easy to apply. smelly so do it with gloves and in open area. i believe does the job.oh, and did i mention expensive??

This product used last year on a cherry tree with open cankers and the ensuing insects ,, I used the the product, it saved the tree and this year I had cherries and a healthy tree... however the tree developed more issues this year in other areas and I have repurchased as it did so well the last time.

Initial order never delivered, had to cancel and reorder, still late delivery - comes dry, need to mix - does not mix well w/out ALOT of stir/shaking. Overall a decent product, the 'bug deterrant' seems little more than 2oz of mint oil, for the price it's VERY hard to justify the value here - Buy white and add food coloring from HDepot for ALOT less than this

personally I dislike the small paint cant that this comes in. After 3-4 open/closing cycles the rim is so damaged that it can't be opened any longer. Transferred contents to a half pint plastic pant cup with lid and that did the trick. Wish IV Organic would pick a different product package. Otherwise product is great as long as you use a lot more water than the directions advise. Get it to the texture of tempura paint and it covers much better and goes on easier. Mix the water before adding the oils contents. I had a lot of lumps before I let it sit overnight and re-mixed it the next day. Mixing the oils in after adding the water made a smooth mix that could be used immediately.

While this product is not cheap & I believe that better wrapping of the "oil bottle" in the container should be addressed the bottom line for this product is it's necessary for tree trunks & leaves & to protect your plant from insects & gnawing rodents while also protecting cuts to the tree trunk. Painting the tree trunk shades the trunk from all of these problems. Also, a diluted mixture sprayed onto the leaves will also protect the leaves from heavy duty sun…..not the fruit, just the leaves. Protecting your expensive citrus tress is an ongoing task using quality items as this one is will help in the long run.
