To use resin specific filters is crazy not to mention expensive... these fit the bill perfectly. I have 75 for very low price and go thru three or four a week. Well constructed and the fine wire mesh on the bottom never comes off or is distorted. Will buy regularly and not from the local hardware store!!!

Good to have a ready supply of paint filters, so I am not tempted to put unfiltered paint into the spray gun! It's saved me some pain with sputtering and debris on my work. Funnel is easy to clean too!

The flexible funnel with this item is very bad, its better to get one from dollar store the hard one which can fit in the spray gun. This flexible funnel was very difficult to clean.
