worked like charm to give my car horn after clock spring went. simple: + to controller, then + from controller to horn, and negative to frame. Wireless button ring fits on wheel or shifter type levers without too much fuss. I added 20 amp in line fuse to + side.

This RF receiver works as advertised. I installed it on my van after the clock spring failed and the horn no longer worked. I used the receiver to trigger a separate 40 amp relay for the horn as I was concerned the relay in the receiver would fail prematurely considering the draw from dual horns.

Worked awesome signal box was small enough to fit in the fuse box. Use a fuse jumper with 30amp mini fuse.

Thank you Sam mali for the instructions/ steps: followed the steps and found it so helpful...used 14 guage wires..just buy wires and you are all set...I connected wires directly to the horn instead of cutting them
