Forget about the expensive FUJI hoods. This one is literally the same but much affordable.

Excellent fit and quality for the price. Using it on a Fuji X100T. Great value at about ⅓ price of the Fujifilm OEM Adaptor & Hood.Hood is easy to take on and off and fits well. It's quite large so I normally take it off so the camera will fit in my camera case.

This fits the X100T perfectly and allows me to attach a protective filter to the front of the camera. The quality is excellent. I've never seen the OEM version but can't imagine how it could be any better than this. It can be used with or without the hood so you can use it to attach a filter without using the hood section. The hood is very nice but if you're using the optical viewfinder on the X100T you'll see a bit of the hood in the corner. It's no big deal and not the fault of the adapter, it's just part of using a rangefinder design. If you use the EVF or LCD you won't have that issue at all since you're seeing right out of the lens. The X100T does flare pretty easy. That can actually be cool sometimes and you can use that for effect, but this will help with flare when you don't care to have any. I also found that I could attach my lens cover to the hood with no problem, it fit perfectly for me.

This definitely is a great alternative to the more expensive Fujifilm hood. The quality is very good (nice metal), the colour is a tad different but it fits perfectly onto the camera. The JJC LH-X100 also allows you to put filters onto the lens, and the hood protects the lens and adds a cover for sun flair ups.If you're looking for a great product for your X100T - look no further.Great price and good quality!

As others have said, it's hard to justify spending 5 times more for the Fuji brand when this well-made alternative is available.I don't have the Fuji version to compare it to, but I can't see how it would be 5 times better than this one, which I've used since the day I got my X100S. The fit and form are excellent, and it provides good protection to the lens, which I've hardly had to clean at all.(I don't know if that's solely a result of using this hood, or the fact that I'm using a multicoated UV filter that might possibly be more repellant to dust. But with filter and hood attached, I've had no need for a lens cap that would just get lost or slow me down.)Drawback: this hood partially obscures my view through the optical viewfinder and causes a shadow when shooting close up with the built-in flash. The same drawbacks would occur with the Fuji hood, however, so this is no fault of JJC.A bargain for the price -- and a flawless performer as well.
