In low light dot is visible for at least 300', GREAT magnets, lightweight, comes with carrying case, excellent method for changing from dot to lines and horizontal or vertical.

Item was recieved in the alloted time but package had been opened and taped shut. Batteries were supposed to be included but they were missing. I suspect this was a returned item. Item seems to function, but have not used it thoroughly yet. I purchased this to replace a similar laser level that was 1/10 the cost and served well for many years. Laser line is shorter & fainter than my previous tool and I think over priced for what it does. likely better off with the plastic version for $28.

When I ordered the level, I didnt realize it has a swivel head to change between a dot and a line. That was more my mistake than a mistake with the seller. However, the swivel head design is not suited for industrial construction. It's a fine laser lever for around the house, just not the jobsite. The level itself appears accurate.

Check it out. I throw this thing in a tool box with over 70lbs of tools in there with it that I fly with on all different airlines, every week. Still in one piece, still true. Don't get me started on the multi directional beam.

Works well. Storage pouch contains a small pocket that holds 2 AAA batteries when not in use or spare batteries if needed. Metal construction is done well. Contains 2 round magnets at the center. could be more IMO that runs the length of the entire level
