It's cheap so the quality isn't the greatest. Right out of the package, the seams were coming apart.

I’ve gone through a lot of these seat covers in the last 4 years.. this is the worst one I’ve ever had. Too many zippers and they all broke on the first use.

I am waiting until the spring to install this but I am already impressed with how tough it looks in the bag! I had a friend with one that turned out to be made of that pressed fabric that they make shopping bags out of glued to cardboard, and her dog shredded that like it was paper, so I was hoping I chose one that was proper woven fabric and I did!This looks like a tough fiber woven fabric akin to stuff you'd see on the bottom of snow pants or a backpack back. I don't have a large dog but when she gets upset she digs, so I needed something to protect her from falling in the foot well if I ever get cut off in traffic (she has a doggie booster seat, seat belt etc., I'm just being cautious because when we go on longer drives she can wiggle free and I just don't want her falling down and I can't help her right away if she gets hurt).I also like the other reviewer's idea of using it to keep other things like dirt from getting on the seats, or in my case having something else fall from the back seat to the floor from shopping bags. I don't drive like a crazy person, but I always seem to get cut off and have to brake hard when I have something delicate in the back seat, be it the dog, a cake or bag of milk and it's just going to help that stuff stay where I put it. Feels like it is also pretty waterproof or resistant too and the dog can get car sick on bumpy back roads so that is a bonus too! She'll find a hole or edge to throw up in to make sure it gets on the carpet or seat, but maybe I'll get lucky and this will catch it. ;)Even if you don't have a dog this looks like it will transform your backseat into a big long shopping basket, which is great for those big shop days.

Wow I was totally expecting junk. Not the case here. It fit my SUV perfectly.. quality was excellent considering I only paid $20.. The seatbelt clip works great. Can’t say anything negative about this item.1 month after I purchased my puppy got car sick…oh my god! What an awful mess. But, this cover saved my day. I took it out of my vehicle and rinsed in my shower (this is Canada and we have 5 feet of snow right now), amazing. I just sprayed it off and it looked brand new. It dried very fast. I would highly recommend this cover.

I don’t even have a dog and I love this thing. Sometimes I need to haul a ton or two or more of garden soil. And I mean literally that much. I used to use several make multiple trips per day when we had our ¾ ton truck. Now I can use my nice car, which is a good thing since we no longer have our truck.Other times we have so many garbage bags full of sticky beverage cans for recycling that it won’t all fit in the trunk. Now we can take everything in one trip because the back seat has become usable space.It’s also going to be great for kayak trips. Until now I needed to take an SUV if I wanted to go kayaking with a friend. I don’t like folding up my inflatable kayaks too much to fit in the trunk of the car, but there is plenty of room and easy access to fit both kayaks into the dog hammock in the back seat. Some back seat extenders have only straps and a clicking mechanism to keep the sides attached to the front and the back, but this one has zippers which is a much more premium way to go. In the case of wet kayaks and leather upholstery, I definitely need the zippers.There are multiple layers of fabric which provide some nice padding and I can use this just as I would a moving blanket, except that this is better. Some back seat extenders feature a hard bottom. They have their advantages but they can’t be used to wrap things up like this one can.I like to keep one of these in the trunk of the car because I never know when I’m going to need it.If I did have a dog, no doubt a it would appreciate the mesh that would allow it to look outside from between the front seats. With one of the ends opened, it would be very easy for a dog to get in or out, and the pocket is perfect for a leash.Whether a dog or straight-up dirt, I feel confident using the backseat for messy things. It’s not just the back set it protects, but also the back of the front seat and the back doors right up to the window.At a regular price of only $26 this is an unbelievable value!
