So soft and cozy. I love the feeling of the faux fur interior layer and the outer plaid goes with so much. Easy to charge and recharge. The battery lasted about a week for me. Made a major difference keeping me warm when taking my dog.

My item came with no battery/power pack to heat the scarf and the only suggestion from the seller was to give me 1/2 my money back and he profits from the other 1/2 because it’s virtually a useless piece of material without the heating aspect of it. And you have to pay for the return and duty if you want a full refund which means I would be paying more than it was worth. Not an expensive item, but it’s the principle. Lesson learned.

I received my scarf today. Great price (under $13), but, unfortunately, it's missing the battery pack. The scarf feels very soft on the inside, though, and, I like the loop to connect the scarf to my neck. I'm waiting for the seller to get back to me about the missing battery pack, and then I hope to update my review.Update: I got in touch with the seller, and they won't send me a battery pack (the scarf is pretty useless as a heated scarf, now without it), and they're just giving me a full refund to keep the incomplete heated scarf. I'm not sure why they couldn't just send the missing parts, and/or a complete set instead. I'm so disappointed. I don't recommend buying from this seller.

I really love this scarf. It’s a heating pad for my neck. Works great on tired neck muscles and helps keep me warm. The only thing wrong with this scarf is the battery life. I bought a better battery to use. The one it comes with does not last long enough.
