bought this a while ago but just started to use the large tape side and as soon as pulled the tape to cut it, the cutting edge sunk into the framework making that part of it useless. Of course way past the return date, so am having to purchase a dispenser to use the wide tape with. Make sure you test both areas of cutting edges immediately. The other side works ok, no real problems with it, but after using would rather have a small and large holder and cut the lengths wanted for items.

I love this product. it's light, but sturdy and stable. All you need to do is turn the knob for a new tape. It has a side cutter too if you want to adjust the length of your tape. Very easy to use

I love the double roll cutting side. It's helpful to have the long strip roll on the side. It's a little tricky to load the 2 roll side, but worth the effort , once you figure it out, it's easy to do afterwards. Remember it needs to be loaded upside-down on the 2 roll side.This dispenser saves so much time.

J’aurais aimé pouvoir avoir une 2ie roulette pour avoir deux choix de longueur de ruban… et aussi avoir le choix d’acheter avec l’option ruban secondaire à gauche ou a droite comme c’est la seulement coter gauche… ce qui travail moins bien quand tu est droitier.
