As previous reviewer said, the photo for this product is wrong. These are the correct parts for covering the bolt holes on each side of the skirted tank.

I recently bought a Kohler Gleam skirted toilet that uses these caps to conceal the bolts securing the toilet to the "ReadyLock" floor mount. I wanted a spare set in case the included caps got damaged, should I ever need to remove them. This item is the correct part - see the photo I attached.
