The screw I received thru Amazon worked well on my bench and I was able to complete the project. The screw was as described and came to me quickly.

This review evaluates the “M6-1.0 x 30mm 304 Stainless Steel Allen Hex Head Bolts (50-PACK)” made by KOZELO.The product was shipped in a Ziploc plastic bag without excessive or wasteful packaging. It contains fifty (50) M6-1.0 x 30mm 304 stainless steel Allen Hex head bolts.First impressions: Overall, this is of good quality. The threads are clean of defects, and the socket Allen hex head has deep tool engagement (prevents stripping/rounding).Although these bolts are made of stainless steel, they are highly magnetic. This indicates non-austenitic stainless steel with a high ferric content, austenitic stainless steel with a low chromium and/or nickel content, or excessive cold forming processes were used in the shaping and forming of steel to form the bolts. True 304 grade is an austenitic stainless steel and as such is not supposed to be magnetic. Higher quality 304 stainless steel fasteners reduce the amount of cold-forming processes.Some things to consider: In some applications magnetic qualities in fasteners are not always desirable. Non-magnetic fasteners are essential in precision instruments and sensitive equipment where magnetic interference could lead to inaccurate readings or malfunctioning. Also if you intend to use these bolts in a water-submerged application, you may have a lower resistance to corrosion in a wet environment if the low chromium and/or nickel content is the cause of the inherent magnetic properties.I am evaluating this product as part of the Amazon Vine program so I am limited to a 30-day window to submit a review. Only time will tell if this product has similar longevity and durability as other competitive products on the market. Therefore, I will monitor this product over the next 8-12 months of use and revise my review should problems arise.Cost-effectiveness and value: If you like to build and tinker, you can’t have enough stainless-steel fasteners in your Shop. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, they are well-made and have a decent finish. However, they have significant magnetic properties compared to other similar stainless-steel fasteners I have in my shop. Durability over significant time has yet to be proven. At a current price of $19.89 or $0.40 each, I feel it is fair value for the functionality delivered and is comparable to those found at a big-box hardware store.In summary: the “M6-1.0 x 30mm 304 Stainless Steel Allen Hex Head Bolts 50-PACK)” made by KOZELO are good-quality stainless-steel bolts however they seem to have significant inherent magnetic properties which is indicative of a lower grade of stainless steel or excessive cold forming during manufacturing.
