What a surprise for a small set of tools. Did what I wanted it to do.

Product looks like what’s described but doesn’t work. I tried multiple “head options” in both wood and glass and nothing shows. The glass doesn’t even get slightly scratched, nothing at all. In wood and bamboo the drawing is almost invisible. The box was also somewhat open, I could tell this was a returned item.

I have had it for a month exactly and have used it 3 times and now it doesn't work. Won't charge won't turn on.Very disappointed since now it can not be returned.If the seller contacts me and would like to send me a working one in exchange for the non working one I will change my review.Otherwise, don't waste your money on this one.

I’m just now learning how to engrave and this pen seems to work well. I’m struggling to keep a steady hand but I think that’s more of a me problem. The pen is easy to use and the speed seems good. I highly suggest.
