Works fine for Leca. Like that it's on the smaller size, VERY dusty though, be sure to rinse outside!

I recently purchased the Malifea LECA, and I have to say, it has completely exceeded my expectations. As someone who has tried various brands of LECA, I can confidently say that this one stands out in terms of quality. The LECA pellets are perfectly round and uniform in size, which is a significant improvement over other brands that often come with odd shapes and inconsistent sizes.I've been using this LECA primarily for semi-hydroponics to propagate and root my aroid cuttings, including monsteras, philodendrons, syngoniums, and hoyas. The aeration provided by this LECA is impressive; my plants are thriving and showing noticeable growth since I switched.Additionally, the unique color and texture of the clay used in this LECA give it a premium feel that I appreciate. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the quality of this product. Overall, I would rate Malifea LECA a solid 10/10. This has been amazing for changing certain plants that I have. They were very wilty and not growing very well. Taking the matter of soil and putting him in like a has helped them flourish. I don't use it on all my plants. I only use it on starters, peperomias and my alocasias. And helps keep them moist longer.

very good way to either root a plant with using the leca balls , they lift plant up out of the water gently .I did my peace Lilly to strengthen the roots.Then mix leca balls with the soil for good aerated soil,recommend it for all planting to keep your roots from rotting

Every plant parent needs this when they want to have they cutting root in water. they retain water well, they're brown like clay and easy to clean. worth every penny. I found that my plants would root so much better with lecca than just water or dirt. protects your roots very well.

This is a little dusty but was easily resolved following instructions to soak in water before using. I have my hydroponic plants all set up and these Leca pebbles are doing a terrific job keeping the light away from the roots. I am very happy with this product!
