They are very thin and stick well to skin. Will see if they hold as good when baby is breastfeeding. Case is useful tho it came broken first time had to send back but ordered again and the case was not broken. Quick customer service

Pros:They stick (unlike other brand, Medelda) even with grabby hands from babyEasy to cleanBetter milk flowCalmer babyCon:Have not found anyI was having a lot of latching problems with my newborn. She would get upset and frustrated when trying to latch. I tried a different nipple shield (Medelda) prior to this one, and this one takes the cake. My baby would easily knock off the Medelda with one swipe of her hand. This one, unless there is alot of breast milk getting under the shield, you have to peel it off.I've been able to go from part time breast/pump-bottle feeding to exclusively breast feeding. They actually stick even when baby is throwing her hands and head around to try to get a latch. My baby has been able to latch easier with less assistance, and she starts to suckle right away.If I had known this product was way better than the other brands, I would have just gone with this one over the other (Medelda)

I did extensive research on nipple shields before purchasing these. These seemed like they were going to be perfect based on my research and the reviews but unfortunately I hated my experience with them. My baby struggled to latch on because they could come off every time he tried to latch no matter how closely I followed the directions and when he did manage to latch on once it hurt so bad. I had to continue my nursing journey without these.

Helped baby latch. Comfy and sticks on breast. Also got the madela shields I find these ones are better but are much more expensive. Recommend for latching issues.

When adjusting to breastfeeding, it’s so helpful for the tenderness and pain. But what I found it so so important for was my baby who struggled to latch. I’ve never had problems getting one of my little ones to latch like I did with my youngest. One night, after 3 hours of trying and trying to get a latch, and soothing my tired, hungry baby I tried these out of desperation just to help with the soreness. He latched instantly onto the taller, rubber nipple and has perfectly ever since! I’m starting to wean off it now as he’s older and so far all is going great.Quality wise, it’s exceptional - very very durable and well-made. Very easy to use. Soft and textured to feel realistic.Heartily, heartily recommend these!Update: I have used these to nurse twins anywhere from 6-8 times everyday for 4 months, and been scrubbing them with soap and hot water every night. Still absolutely no signs of breakage and tearing. They’re still in great condition.

We’ve used four different brands of nipple shield in our breastfeeding journey. My son has a poor latch and spent the first 8 weeks of his life in the NICU, so we mostly bottlefeed but I wanted to have that bonding time of breastfeeding at least a couple times a day.In case there are others like me that are sitting through the options and trying to figure out what to use, I thought I’d leave this comparison review on all four listings. I hope it helps! So in order from best to worst nipple shields that we used:1- MAM (5 stars) We use MAM bottles, and this is really an easy transition for the kiddo. It stays on remarkably well, which is very important when the baby likes to grab it! Only downside is the sizes available — 17mm and 23mm. I’m a solid size 20. We use the 17 and it works fine, just a bit snug for me and a bit more difficult to put on. But the most important thing to me is that my son latches easily and it stays put, so this is the clear winner for me!2- Lansinoh (4 stars). The Lansinoh nipple shields are actually quite different from the other three we tried. They’re thicker for one, which does not feel great on the breast. I do love that they have a shallower nipple, so my nipple fills it almost entirely. My son latches very well to it, but because of the thicker base, it’s easier for him to pull off than the MAM shields (but does not fall off on its own like the Medela below). Still a great nipple shield that we continue to use!3- Medela (3 stars) This was the first shield that we tried together, in the NICU at the recommendation of one of the nurses. It works fine for us. I do like the thinness of this nipple shield; it feels the most natural of the four shields that we used. There’s really only one reason it’s not our favorite: the nipple sticks really far out so my nipple only fills it less than halfway when we’re taking a breather. That means it’s very easy for my son to pull off, and sometimes it even just falls off. Having to reattach it is frustrating for both of us!4- Purifyou (1 star) We bought this nipple shield at the same time as we got the MAM and Lansinoh ones so that we could try a few different brands. We couldn’t get it to stay put at all! Even though it’s supposedly the same size as the Medela and Lansinoh ones that we use successfully, it is way too big for my nipple and falls off constantly. My son had a harder time latching using this shield than he does without a shield.

Disappointing. I've used the medela one but my son leaks on it so I thought I'd give these a try based on reviews. I couldn't even get him to latch on this. A waste of money, unfortunately.

I have purchased WAY too many nipple shields in a desperate attempt to find one that works. This one is by far the best. It has a great shape and comes in the 17mm which other brands don’t. The shape of the nipple was easier for my daughter to latch on and gave instant relief. Only ended up using it a handful of times before I was healed and didn’t need it. If the shield doesn’t fit well it will cause more damage and this one was perfect!
