I received the item today (Thursday, May 27, 2025), which was dropped off at my residence around 8:00–9:00 PM. Unfortunately, the item is damaged and clearly used. There are noticeable hand and fingerprint stains, as well as visible residue. Additionally, the surface shows clear cracks in both the wood and rubber. Most importantly, it is claimed that the item was "handed" top the purchaser (lie). Produce evidence of the same, as I expect a full refund.I have already reordered the same item, but I request that the replacement be BRAND NEW and in perfect condition. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I would appreciate prompt attention to ensure this issue is resolved.
