This is some piece of équipement! The box was very heavy the metal looks very strong all parts were included. I wish they use the locked pin instead of these one but they look good anyways. Also the rubber part at the back make it very stable without any rocking back and forth. There is a bit of play in the receiver but that has nothing to do with the part! Thabks!

Quality seems good, the welds look nice. Is a very snug fit in my 2017 TrailHawk so no rattle. There is a bit of play in the pins for the balls though. I'll be doing alot of towing this summer with about 4400lbs and will update my review after a few trips.2024 update, towed a 20 foot boat around for 4 months and no issues at all, great hitch and would highly recommend

One of my trailer receivers comes to a rounded point. If the ball needs to be placed lower that the top holes it will not sit on the ball. The pointed part hits between the empty space above the ball preventing it from hooking up at all. Other than that, this is a pretty sturdy hitch and good quality

I understand Amazon is hit or miss however I can’t recommend this product to anybody. The holes don’t really match up when adjusting the height to the point you may get it in there but you’ll never get it out of you need to do an adjustment later on.I’m giving this product a one star review because there’s too much play on the tongue portion that inserts into my hitch receiver. I used this on my lifted Jeep wrangler to tow a 900lb boat and trailer. On the highway with the play, the boat was wandering left and right while jarring up and down. Save yourself this $140 and go to princess auto and buy a similar product. At least you have a local option to get a refund that way cause you’re not gonna want a replacement. Trust me on that.

This is a very well built hitch. Does have some play on my ‘07 Silverado but nothing a sleeve can’t help. One thing I was surprised with is that the ball is welded to the adjustment block instead of just being a stamped assembly. I’ve hauled about 5500-6000lbs with it and seems robust. Good alternative over these over priced Gen-Ys

Very strong hitch, easy adjustments and well made, very strong welds, 2x2 insert tube is SOLID, unlike most others that are hollow square tube. This thing will pull anything and last forever! Price is unbelievably low for this quality unit, I strong recommend this tow ball! Note: You may hear a little clunking when starting, stopping or when no trailer on over very rough terrain, I read others complain about this, but I haven't noticed it myself, definitely much quieter than my adjustable hitches on my other trucks that cost over $300 each! Chrome on balls will wear, but happens to all tow balls. If you have ever towed, you will understand how much it means to have a worry free easy to adjust tow ball that is easy to adjust and give you worry a free coupling. I highly recommend a locking hitch pin, this is a very expensive looking unit that others WILL try to steal! They tried to get mine the first day I installed it,lol!

This hitch is excellent! It easily adjusts and does a great job. You can replace one of the pins with a standard size pin and lock to secure the adjustable ball to the hitch for security. It is heavy and well built. I have used it to haul a camping trailer and utility trailers so far and no complaints so far. For the price, this is the best value for an adjustable hitch.I had bought name brand and american made hitches but found that they didn't take standard pins to lock it for security so you had to spend an additional $80 for their specific pin and lock! There are some name brand hitches that appear to be almost identical to this one but they cost almost double the price.If you are looking for a good adjustable hitch at a good price then this is it!

Worked great with a rental Ram 3500 and my 19 foot travel trailer. Easy to adjust to get proper ride height. Don’t be one of those clowns with an improper drop hitch towing a trailer at a 45 degree slant swinging all over the road. Did not have any sway or slack issues in over 3000km.

I use this on my 2017 Ford F250 with a 3" to 2" sleeve. I have towed my 24' enclosed trailer with the 2-5/16" ball and my 14' utility trailer with the 2" ball with no issues at all. Very easy to raise/lower and flip the ball. Regarding the negative review showing a video of him rattling it up and down while unloaded, I would add this: Yes, there is some play with nothing hooked up but when loaded this is a non-issue. Also, I leave it locked in my receiver all the time and I do not hear it rattling at all when driving. It is very heavy as it should be. Good product.

Works great. Very heavy as indicated and solid built. The adjustment of the ball is easy and smooth. The ONLY issue I have is that my truck (F150) stock no modifications, the 2 - 5/16" ball will scrape the curb/driveway when the hitch is on the lowest position setting when i use the 2" ball. This is due to the height of my landscape trailer tongue. Just be advised of this. This is no fault of the hitch. Otherwise works great.

Very heavy built hitch. My wife can’t physically handle it. However once slid into the receiver this thing is pretty awesome. Loved that I could keep my camper level while towing with a lifted truck. Well built and the ease at which the ball level can be adjusted is top notch. 4 stars didn’t come with receiver pin and R clip which I assumed it would. So now my 2 receivers have to share. Good buy
