When I opened the box and saw bunch of parts I was not very happy. But putting it together was actually easy and went quick. The only thing that I wish was different is the seat cushion. It is very soft. But I got email from the seller asking if I'm ok with the seat, maybe I'll ask them if they have a firm seat.

It's pretty cheap but you get what you pay for. The tray on the bottom is pretty flimsy plastic and the seat is small and the filling isn't the best so I doubt it will last long. It works and rolls fine enough but I don't think it will last very long with constant use. The instructions were junk and I ended up needing my boyfriends help putting it together. He's a mechanical engineer and putting it together even irritated him. So yes it functions and might be ok for occasional use but you get what you pay for.

If you're looking for a daily-use rolling stool suitable for a hard-working shop or other semi-professional trade setting, this is probably not the best choice. It's simply too lightweight in frame and materials to stand up to that sort of heavy-duty use. Of course, that conservative intended purpose design is also reflected by the modest price. None of which is to say it's a bad product. It is not…and for occasional, light-duty use, it's genuinely adequate. For the DIY homeowner, or anyone who just occasionally does tasks where it would be easier, or more comfortable to sit and move around, rather than kneel, bend over, stoop, scoot, and crawl about, stressing knees and spinal column for any length of time, this is perfect. You can't beat the price, and it's way better than sitting on a stationary bucket. As others have noted—cheap but effective! It is what it is.
