As someone who’s on a tight budget and wanted platform boots, these shoes were definitely a great option! Tip: KNOW YOUR SIZE BEFORE YOU BUY! I’m a size 8.5 and got a size 8 yet they were a little big on my feet so maybe a size down would’ve been better. They were also quite easy to fit in, and felt comfortable to walk in. The quality of the shoes were also good!

I was looking for a pair of Oxfords similar to Doc Martens and came across these for 1/3rd of the price that name brand are. I was a little nervous because there weren't many reviews but I thought I'd give them a go. I received them and was instantly impressed. Here are some pros and cons:Pros- affordable- stylish/trendy, can be dressed up or down- true to size (I'm usually a size 6.5 to be safe) but I ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly, even with thick socks- rubber soles give extra stability (especially for snowy/wet areas which was very high on my list of musts)- good weight (not heavy but sturdy)- platform gives a good height (especially for us short ones)Cons- takes time to break in (first couple of wears made my feet hurt a bit, but that's normal)- not ideal for those with wide feet.- insole easily came out when I initially put them on. I expected something would be wrong for the price (or at least not great quality) but I grabbed some super glue and simply stuck them in place. If you want to wear more comfortable, padded insoles then this would be a pro and are very easy to replace :)- shoe laces are stiff, but again, these can be replaced and will soften up with timeSo far I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend these to any friends looking for a budget friendly version of Doc Martens. They're not completely identical, but in my opinion, I prefer the look, stitching, and height versus name brand.I hope this helps for those who need an honest review with real life pictures! 😁

Caught this shoe on sale and was so glad. Received the shoe and it was a nice shoe but it was too big. However, the seller wouldn’t let me exchange for a smaller size at the sale price. 😞
