These METALLIXITY Flat Head Hex Socket M4 12mm bolts are exactly as described. Nice bolts with good heads and should be more life in them than a philips head screw.I'm using them for mounting monitors onto dual monitor stands which need 4 x M4 bolts for the standard VESA 100x100 bracket and they work just fine for me.I've only rated as 4 stars because a pack of 50 is £5.99, but packs of 60 or more longer bolts are the same price, so you get less for your money. Otherwise they work perfectly and I have no issues at all with them

What more can be said of a bolt like this. I ordered M4, I received M4. The dimensions are all correct. The black finish looks good and I haven't noticed any flaws in any of the bolts I've used or checked out. Perfect.

These are exactly as described. Great SHCS. I used them for a 3D printing project. They came well packaged and I didn't have any issue threading them onto some 4mm nuts I had.

These flat head M4 screws are quite good. The black finish seems to be an enamel of some sort.The thread is good.
