Internal brush stiffener works fantastic plus will keep the bristles from bending and curling. Enough soft bristle extends past the stiffener to clean snow around hood mount washer keys, and the crevices in the fresh air panel between the hood & windshield. Excellent reach. Koolatron was fantastic when I had a small issue with 1 of the 2 sent, and had the issue completely resolved with resolution shipped and rec'd in 3 days from my first message to them.

The brushes look fine and the scraper looks like it will do the job. However my brushes etc. were previously used and clearly dirty and soiled. I bought new but was sent second hand.

Have only used product once so far, but winter is just starting. Product more than met my need. Impressed with multi-features and ease of setting and re-setting each feature. Extension feature is very helpful. Can accomplish pushing snow off the windshied all from one side of my truck. Soo far soo go!!
