  • Effective, economical way to circulate liquids in closed or open tanks
  • Simplifies operation and maintenance - no moving parts and inherently clog resistant for maximizing flow
  • Requires minimal maintenance with proven results in Industrial applications, Aquarium and Aquatic use
  • Nozzle operation creates multiplying effect on fluid flow; the volume of discharge liquid will be 3-5 times greater than the motive liquid pumped
  • Available in multiple size options from 1/4 inch to 1 inch

4Spray Polypropylene (PPL) tank mixing eductors have been designed to use a unique venture design which enables smaller pumps to circulate large volumes of tank solution. Polypropylene nozzle construction means a higher temperature resistance for greater material uses. The large flow opening ensures minimal clogging. The educator will circulate four to five gallons of solution for each gallon pumped. 4Spray eductors are used for mixing chemicals, suspending solids, adjusting pH, "sweeping" debris or sludge toward intake and many other uses. Typical applications include: plating tanks, cleaning tanks, phosphating tanks, E-coat tanks, fertilizer tanks, pulp tanks, sludge tanks, paint booths, anodizing tanks, cooling towers and decorative fountains. 4Spray PPL tank mixing nozzles are available in sizes from 1/4 inch to 1 inch.

If you're using this to increase mixing in a small 16 gallon insecticide tank. Don't waste your money. It makes very little difference.

Works great for circulation. I have a 500 gallon reservoir and this works great for mixing nutrients.

Pretty good, not as much improvement in water movement as I anticipated but it does work. Expensive.
