I installed this on a 2009 5.4 and it fit and worked perfectly and it is identical to the OEM pump that came off. The old pump was still working fine after 15+ years but I decided to replace it anyways for good measure.. The job took me 3.5 hours total start to finish with draining coolant and purging the coolant system after refilling, etc. There’s really not a lot involved with changing these, just take your time and do each step carefully.

Exact replacement of OEM. Fit right in, no issue at all. Get the o-ring and pump seated and torque the bolts down a few turns at a time. No leaks.

I was changing my cracked intake manifold on my 4.6 L Ford motor. With the alternator off, it becomes a very easy job to replace this water pump. The original hadn’t given me any problems, but with 120,000 miles on it it was the right time to do it.

This has gone into my "Project Truck' vehicle and wont be road bound until spring 2022. That being said, i did compare this new one versus the 'original' factory installed water pump it replaced which had no problems but i figured after almost 25 years of service with the original one it was time to install a NEW one for the build. It has all the FORD markings my original has with just a small minor cosmetic alteration to a particular section of the casting measuring about 1.5cm's . Fitment and function were flawless.I installed it and filled the block with coolant and i have had it running several times now to get the fluids moving along. ALL IS GOOD!!

Nada mejor que comprar original y todo a un excelente precio, me salió mucho más barato que ir a laredo, lamentablemente en México las partes originales suelen ser muy caras y se manejan en pocos lugares, encontrar aquí fue una grata sorpresa, el artículo se instaló sin el menor problema y funciona bien hasta ahora, pero considerando que es original no debería haber problemas
