Over the winter a pine tree dropped a couple of branches on our chicken coup and damaged it pretty good. This spring I had to move our birds to a friends farm and tear down the old coup and am now in the process of building a new one. Once completed it will have a rain collection system and the MSUIINT PVC Spigot will be used to control an automatic watering system. In the event of drought, I can just use a hose to refill the collector so the water keeps flowing.The MSUIINT PVC Spigot is a strong unit. Everything is very accurate and the on/off control operates very smoothly. I used a test barrel and a 5g bucket and I got 4gpm flow, well above what I am going to need.I haven't done the permanent install yet, but the design is simple and the install should be no problem. The seal ring is silicone and I can't see a weakness in the design or material of the spigot. This rugged valve will be around for years to come.
