Nicely built, perfect shape and dimensions for my Fender ESD-10E.BUT - holy moly are they hard to sand down! Even with an electric sander it took forever, the saddle would get so hot it burned my finger tips! I literally sanded in several sessions and took breaks in between (yes, with the power sander!). I'd guesstimate it took a total of 15 minutes with 100 grit sandpaper. That's just NUTS!So there's something in the material (it smells like bone when sanded) that makes it super hard. Not sure it this affects its capacity to self-lubricate, but I have to presume it does. Will see!

I've had an Enya Nova Go for over two years that's just been sitting in a corner collecting dust because it came with an uncompensated saddle and the messed up intonation annoyed me. I installed one of these saddles in it and now the intonation is absolutely perfect on every string. I had to sand it to the correct thickness and length, but I didn't have to touch the height. It gave me just the right action as-is. My guitar is finally playable! I might use the extra saddle for a low action that I can throw in for playing fingerstyle.

Cómpre una guitarra acústica que traía selleta cejuela y pines de plástico y sonaba demasiado brillante para mí gusto cambie selleta y cejuela por hueso y la diferencia de sonido ha sido brutal desapareció ese brillo chirriante para mí gusto de las dos primeras cuerdas.Aprovecharé este comentarioy haré la reseña para los pines y cejuela también.Lo recomiendo

Nice pieces but a little too thick to fit my Epiphone EJ-200. Perfect length though. Needed quite a bit of sanding to fir width.

The saddle is bone as stated.Did the job on my epiphone masterbilt AJ-500 MNS. I like the look more than the original that I sanded to low during an earlier attempt..Would recommend this product

This only measure 3.10mm wide. This probably works fine for a lot of guitars, but I specifically bought this one based on the 3.25mm width and the extra length to go into an old Simon and Patrick. Seagulls and other Godin guitars may also have a wider saddle. While close I don't think this is going to cut it as my saddle measures more like 3.30mm.
