I mounted the saddle bags on a 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator and they fit good. Was able to slide the straps under the passenger seat.I was able to place the stiffers in the bags with no problems. And ride fairly straight up and down.So happy with the bags, just the right size not too big and not to small.

Very easy to install over the mounting system for my 48 litre aluminum panniers and gives me a smaller bag (and not so wide!) option for when I’m not touring.

The bags are great, they can hild a lot, I wish the piece that's designed was a little bit more secured in the bag and I didn't have to fix it so often but that might just be me. The best things about the bags are the warranty, I had the left bag rip a little on me and contacted Nelson rig, they sent brand new bags before I could even read their response! That was 6 thonths ago and the left bag ripped again (try your best to not overload the left bag since it's at an angle when the bike is on the kickstand) and again Nelson rig responded to an email I sent almost immediately and am getting the new bag sent to me in less than 48 hours I'll have the new bag and be ready to go. Wish all returns and warranty exchanges were as smooth as how Nelson rig handles it!

These bags are installed on my 2021 Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster. I already have a swing arm bag and a small bag off the rear of the bike; I prefer to ride with these around town because they are retro and minimalist to fit the bike's style. My goal was to find bags that I could easily install and remove, and which would be adequate for a 2-3 day trip. Also, I didn't want massive bags that would hang too far down and contact my swing arm bag.Preferring the uncluttered look, I wanted something that could be removed quickly--without also requiring unsightly saddlebag brackets. The Nelson Rigg CL-890 Mini Expandable Sport Saddlebags fit the bill perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised that when expanded, a single bag was large enough to hold my large leather jacket with all of its armor. The expandable size gives you 20 liters of space, and that's what sold me on it. And yet, with the expandable zipper closed, the bags are very compact, which looks good on a classic bike like the Speedmaster.Mounting was easy, but I decided to reverse the mounting direction from what I've seen in pictures. I put the tapered side toward the front of the bike because it provides nice spacing from my swing arm bag. And, the bag length of these means there's more than an inch or space from the back of the bag to the turn signals. (These are mounted on a Corbin dual seat, so I don't know how this would fit on the standard Triumph rear seat, which is not as wide.)My only nitpick would be the length of the connecting straps. They are not long enough to reach the foot pegs, although I found another attachment point. These straps should be twice the length to be serviceable for more kinds of bikes. But this wasn't enough of a negative for me to reduce this to a 4 star rating. Finally, the fabric feels durable and the double zippered top opening is a nice touch. Plus, the protective padding on the back side protects from the bag scuffing any of the shiny parts and paint on the fender. Normally I avoid rain, but I coated the entire fabric with a water repellent spray just in case. For the $$, these are the best deal and most feature-laden compact bags I could find.

They fit well but you cannot buy the rain covers anymore, therefore they are not usable in the wet. Would be 4 stars otherwise (too easy to steal contents)

Needed a bit of storage on my sport bike for a road trip. I also ordered the Nelson rigs small tail bag for sport bikes. I mounted the tail bag on the rear seat, then mounted these over the tail bag. Worked much better than just mounting these over the rear seat. Brought them up higher and they rested on the sides of the tail bag. Didn’t even notice they were on the bike.

Looks great and Fit great. withstood some massive down pour. Worked great with some dry bags inside, as it is not waterproof, sides and bottom are water resistant enough to keep things dry after the rain.

The saddle bag has lots of room and great for day trips or overnight trips. I would have given it a higher rating if the structure was firmer as the bag sags. Good value for the money.

Fantastic product! Very easy to mount to even an impossibly small sized and shaped tail section on my Yamaha R3. Provides security against a thief just picking the saddlebags up and walking away, as the bag supports go UNDER the passenger seat, and are therefor "locked in place" by the lockable passenger seat. Waterproof rain covers also available and should be purchased unless you live in a desert. Nice pleasing shape, and the "carbon fibre' look goes well with other carbon fibre pieces on my R3. Also, the Nelson Rigg tankbag I also have clips right onto the saddlebags, if I don't want its bulk on the tank. This is a very well designed and constructed set of bags, and the price is a bargain given the features and quality.
