I like how this has an option for both 2 inch and 2.5 inch receivers. Three separate ball sizes are ready to attach to most standard trailers. It is very well built and sturdy. I like that it has 6 inches of drop or height in it. I use it at approximately 4 inch rise. This is a very heavy duty hitch that can probably be used for commercial use. I very highly Recommend this hitch for anyone that tows.

I’m extremely impressed with this tri-ball hitch – it works perfectly on my truck! The adjustable design is great, making it so much easier when I need to switch between towing my boat and my smaller trailer. The ability to adjust the height means I can always ensure a level tow, no matter which trailer I’m using. The locking pin is great too, it adds an extra layer of security when attaching the hitch to my truck. It gives me peace of mind knowing it’s secure and won’t go anywhere. It comes with an allen wrench for switching between the different ball sizes. It makes the process quick and hassle-free, saving me time and effort. The build quality is excellent – it feels sturdy and well-made. I also appreciate how versatile it is, with multiple ball sizes to accommodate different towing needs. This hitch has quickly become an essential tool for my truck. If you’re looking for a reliable, adjustable hitch with thoughtful features, this tri-ball hitch is the way to go. Highly recommended for anyone who frequently tows multiple trailers!

This hitch really is a complete all-in-one system that eliminates the need for several drawbars and hitch ball combinations due to its total adjustability.QUALITYThe construction is very well done, with a smooth matte powdercoat finish on the steel parts, and no-rust stainless steel hitch balls, chromed pins, and aluminum sleeve adaptor.FUNCTIONThe single integrated spring-loaded pull-pin for height adjustment makes it really fast to change ball height without tools, or having to remove/install extra pins. It also makes it easy to remove the ball mount from the draw bar for storage without worrying about losing extra hitch pins or bolts. The ball mount portion uses short steel dowels that ride in grooves in the stationary draw bar - but the mount is fairly short (the dowels are close together) which causes a bit of play and rattle in the ball mount. Obviously this play is negated once trailer tongue weight is applied. We haven't noticed any rattling when towing.A locking hitch pin is included that is made of chrome plated steel, with a unique brass barrel-style lock. The keys are machined with the tumbler lobes milled into the face instead of along the edge profile like a normal key. This makes the keys more robust (doubt they'd bend like a normal key). Hopefully this makes the lock impossible to pick...? Although I have no idea if new keys like this could be made by any typical hardware store, much less a specialty locksmith. And there are no code numbers on the key or tumbler, so not sure if the manufacturer uses just one key pattern, or if they sell replacement keys at all. So don't lose the keys! Luckily, they provide three keys for safety sake. The drawbar has two hitch pin holes to adjust how far the drawbar can be mounted into the receiver. This feature allowed us room to mount our rock tamer mudflap system on the drawbar - another welcome feature! We only have 2" receivers on our vehicles, but a 2" to 2.5" aluminum sleeve adapter is included - again, great versatility if you have multiple vehicle sizes with different receiver sizes and want to swap this hitch between them. The three hitch balls are precision machined from 300 series stainless, so they won't rust. They screw onto studs welded to the ball mount with fine threads, and are tightened with an 8mm hardened hex wrench. Swapping ball size is done by removing two of the balls with the included hex wrench, swapping their positions, reinstalling and tightening the balls with the wrench. Not as fast or easy as other multi-ball designs, and it requires the hex wrench be stored in the tow vehicle if you need to swap balls on the road. This hitch ball attachment method makes us leary that the ball will work its way lose from vibration, and start to rotate and loosen from trailer tongue torque. We've only hauled our small utility trailer a couple times with the 2" ball, and haven't had any issues yet. But this design is about the only complaint we have on initial review of this system - hence the 4 stars.Hoping this hitch is "the last one we'll ever buy".
