Actually pretty cheap, the stuff smells like garlic for some reason, for the longest time it made my fish kind of rainbow colored scales but as about a few months ago they all shedded somehow but hey they eat it, they're still alive.

Fish Love it . I'm a heavy feeder , I like to soak it in water for about 30 seconds before feeding . Three times a week I'll soak it in creatine .
