Breast shells are soft bendable and designed to fit in your bra, they are not recommended for wearing while in a sleeping or side lying. Each breast Shell can hold up to 2oz of milk convenient to use while breastfeeding or pumping.

I haven't used the shields but bought this for the nipple guards / shells with the shields as a bonus (other products sell nipple guards / shells alone at the same price). The shells fit perfectly and ensure my nipples touch nothing, and they also collect dribbling milk. If you’re looking for nipple guards buy these! Great quality and value!

Love the breast shell, excellent for catching milk during letdown on the non-feeding/pumping breast. Nipple shields are also great, baby is tolerating very well. I only wish there were other sizes available for the nipple shields, as I find the 20 mm to be quite small

Ok so I’d like to begin saying. This is a wonderful product! I used to get annoyed with the amount of milk I loose when feeding from my other breast. It would get all soak up and thrown away into a pad.Not anymore! Fits in an bra I have.The shields are around a 20 mm I’d say. I ended up having to buy a different size and I wish they advertised the shield size.Just an FYI for anyone how does this product!Haha don’t be stupid like me the first time I used it and out the over flow milk holder inside down!!! Hahaha didn’t notice there was a hole at the bottom and it ended up leaking out all over me! #mombrain haha

The milk catcher works very well. I wish they will be designed for wearing at night as well. The nipple shields are too small for me so I can't use them. Wish there're different sizes. Overall it's a value set if the size fits.

The breast shell vacuumed in my nipples and the nippleshield leaked while feeding. With that said, the nippleshield did work and helped protect me while feeding.

Breast shells are amazing. Wish they were contoured a bit because as my breasts get engorged over the few hours before the next feed, the shells start to hurt and put pressure around my areola.Nipple shields do NOT fit like a size 24mm.I think they are a little bit smaller. Unfortunately I can’t use this.

Great product and very useful combo of items. I used to use the Haakaa during feedings but stopped because my baby kicks it off. The shells are easy to use and stay tucked into your nursing bra without falling off.The only downside is I was hoping to use the shells as a replacement to the disposable boob-things but found the shells get itchy after a while (especially on a hotter day).The nipple shields are awesome. My newborn has matching issues and this made nursing easier for both of us. I’ve never used any other brand but I did notice the nipple shields lose some of their stickiness after a few washes. Could be normal but they work much better when the silicone is a bit grippy.

This product is a lifesaver and definitely good value and money well spent. The nipple shields are a life saver as I have flat nipples and I really wanted to breastfeed my little one. It has made breastfeeding a lot less stressful for mama and baby. The milk collectors come in handy on the long 12hr busy shifts as it collects the milk in between pumping breaks. It is comfortable and inconspicuous. I would recommend this product to a nursing mother. It’s worth it!

These shells are so much better than a Haakaa while feeding the baby on the other side. The baby kicks the haskaa because it's too big. These tuck right into the other side of your nursing bra. Great to tuck in while you're just dripping too (like when your boobs decide you're taking too long to gather your pump parts). Not as noticeable under the shirt as I would have thought. Very comfortable. More air flow would be nice but I also think a way to close the opening at the top would improve the design so you could sleep in them. There is no way to close it so they can leak out the top if you lay down. I never drip enough to fill it up though. It holds a lot. The carrying case for the nipple shields has raised pieces to hold their shape during storage which is great for the diaper bag! It holds two so you will have a backup. All in all this is one of the better breastfeeding purchases I've made.

This things saved me, my nipples were extremely sore! I was crying while I was feeding, I tried everything but as soon I wore the cups, was a relief because even a tiny bit of friction with my clothes was painful. Father I got them my nipples were able to heal.
