This is a totally different size than the original key. It's bigger and flimsy. I wouldn't recommend this. Got it for my 2006 honda civic but it doesn't fit at all.

I have a 2009 Civic. Assembly of the keyfob was simple enough but unfortunately, it is not a good fit. The edges of the housing do not fit flush with one another and there is a slight gap visible on one side of the key. Additionally, the housing does not hold the key securely enough and the metal key blade does twist slightly in the housing when used. I will be using this only as long as it takes to get a different replacement.

Title says it all. This fob cover replacement was exactly what I needed. I tried a different brand and it was difficult to get all three pieces to line up. This fob replacement is only two pieces. As someone who knows little about cars except how to put in gas in and how to drive, this fob is just the best! Saved me $300 replacement from Honda.

Fit my 2006 accord key perfectly. Very easy assembly.I like the fact that the shell is reinforced around the key a lot better than the original which had broken at that spot twice already.

This Key Fob Shell for Honda cars waorked perfectly to replace the cracked fob on my 2011 Pilot. It was very easy to swap out the inner electronics and the metal key, and the screws seem sturdy and secure. This fob is a bit more bulky than the OEM fob, but it has a solid feel and is a great value for the price.
