This set includes 10-piece rasp files perfect for wood and rubber deburring, shaping, and grooving. Comes with 1/4" (6.35mm) integral quick exchangeable hexagon shank to fit any brands' power tools. High carbon steel, fine heat treatment and hardened. Fine black finishing for better rustproofing. Precision milled cutting edges to avoid getting stuck and reduce clogging. Suggested rotary speed between 10,000 to 20,000 RPM. Not applicable for working on hard wood. Still work with this product, however, I did use it for cutting new holes to put lock in a door. I mistakenly cut the holes for the door incorrectly and had to redo the lock. Put the long bit in the drill and it cleared the wood and a slow enough pace that I did not clear to much away. The product worked great. I gave it high marks for longevity, even though I haven't had it for a long time. I gave these marks because the product is made with a solid metal and I don't see it breaking easily (unless you are doing something crazy with it).
