Does not require assembly. Made pretty strong. You must be careful putting acoustic guitar in it. Can fall over a little too easy.

Great guitar stand for small spaces. Doesn't take up as much space as a full height stand. Holds guitar securely without putting any pressure on the neck. Holds a 5 string bass safely and securely. Great stand for stage or studio or bedroom.

They're ok if you're just going to use these around the house,not really sturdy and are too narrow for my liking.The Amazon basic is a much better stand.
