I feed these primarily to my African Cichlids, who need veggies in their diet, and them swarm them eagerly every time I drop some in.

I studied fish nutrition in college, and this food gets a good grade for ingredients. Note that while it is advertised as a veggie food it has krill, herring and sardine meal (which is actually a good thing for most fish). My fish love it and it does not cloud the water. As others have pointed out, the pellets are small and sink quickly but my large peacock cichlids and Synodontis catfish all seem to love it and keep busy finding it on the bottom. This is not the only thing I feed my fish, but it is one of the main staples. I will certainly continue to buy it.

I feed this to my adult and juvenile mbuna, they love it. It sinks fairly quick, even tho it says it floats. I feed twice a day, the bag lasted me at least 3-4 months maybe more.

This is good quality food. My mbuna love it, even the finicky eaters accept it.It also does not cloud the water like some cheaper foods do. 2mm is perfect size for small to medium cichlids. The larger fish in my tank also like the 3mm size.
