Exactly what I ordered delivery was quick. Velcro backing was nicely stitched.

I would have given five stars but due to the situation described below, I only gave 3.The patches are neat and interchangeable thanks to the velcro disks that came with them. But there was no adhesive backing on the discs so I had to buy a few (100) 8½"×11" sheets in order to fix them onto the clothes. Tried to concact supplier prior to the adhesive purchase but he never replied. Customer service is dead nowadays.
