Your cart is empty.Measuring 7 1/2" dia. And 3" h, this water resistant 3" solar powered ventilation comes with rechargeable battery and switch. Two blades (exhaust and intake) are provided with each vent. It moves up to 700 cu.Ft./Hr. of air during the day on solar power while charging a rechargeable battery to run at night. Ventilation can run on battery for 24 hours at full charge. It is constructed with high impact stainless steel cover and stainless steel screws are included. No wiring is required during installation and it comes with a on/off switch. Cutout size 3 3/4" installation if you are unsure how to fit the solar vent yourself, consult a professional installation expert. Do not remove any screws that are preinstalled from the vent as this is not needed for installation. The foam gasket ring is optional for installation and is recommended for glass surfaces. On other surfaces, a waterproof sealant is needed and is not included in the ventilator package. Remove the plastic from the underside of the vent.(This ring will be used at your last step to push the vent into the ceiling) apply sealant between the guidelines on the underside of the vent. Place the product though the hole from the outside. Use wood or metal screws on the surface of the vent on the designated holes. Use weatherproof screws and it is advisable to use the sealant around the screw holes. Push the fixing plastic ring up the barrel from the inside your ventilator is ready to use item: P13023ssbt.

Just had this installed by the yard and it didn't work. Was disappointed and ordered an alternative. Was taking this one out when I saw the toggle switch that had been hidden by the fan blades. It works!However, I am very disappointed that installation required screws to be drilled in the deck. Fan 5. Installation 1.

Very cheaply made. What they call stainless steel is so thin, it looks like it was sprayed on. It worked for two days and stopped working. I wasn't expecting much, but I thought that I would get more than two days out of it.

Like that it is solar power so I don't have to run wires. Dislike having to put a finger into a fan blade to turn on/off. Need to put in a second switch to make half decent.

The product worked ok but we received afterwards a $45 shipping charge from FedEx. At this point, the Seller has not been willing to cover the shipping charge.

Like other reviews my solar fan worked for less than a year before it died. It didn't bother me that the fan was loud, I'm just disappointed that it died about about 7 months of use. I guess my dad was right, you get what you pay for...

Do not buy this product. It is really bad quality. It is not water resistant. It is really not honest to sell such bad product. Moreover the description is a big lie. It doesn’t run during night thanks to the battery. Please do not buy. Amazon should never accept this kind of product.
