Anchor Links

I have peak design links attached to my om5 so I figured I'd use this cuff to make use of them. However, the whole setup becomes a little too bulky to my taste and I'd rather have a thin wriststrap to use this camera with instead when I want to be wriststrapping.

Almost always have this on my camera because of how secure it is so I don’t need to worry about accidentally dropping the camera. Feels quite comfortable as well, great for when you don’t need a full sling or neck strap to keep things more compact.

I love peak design camera gear! They have the best features and practicality in their designs.The only thing is price. Sometimes you look at it and say but why so much?BUt the design really is great.I love the ease of use for this design. I can unclip my neck strap off my camera easy-peasy-lemon-sqeezy, and attach the wrist strap in seconds. The Kevlar makes it long-lasting and sturdy.(My neck strap is 6 years old and I have yet to replace the clips!)I love their stuff, just sometimes the cost is a little hard to justify.My suggestion; budget and buy it when you can. It's great stuff. All of Peak Design is great stuff.

I recorded a video and pictures. But it won't appear when I look for these picture on my gallery. Anyway, the way this was designer was very creative because it can stay on your wrist when not in used. There's no need to switch your hand gear but to just attach the stringed part to your wrist. It comes with 2 attachable strings and for me, i can switch to camera without struggle. Just click and lock and that's been proven on their website to handle a person hanging on it... without that strap breaking or these attachables breaking off. I highly recommend for wasy to use, comfortability, easy assscesiblity, sturdiness.

I LOVE Peak Design and all their products. This is no exception. Holds the camera like a champ and relieves any stress I might have about dropping it. I have accidentally dropped it a couple of times with this strap on and it saved me a few thousand dollars. I would recommend getting a couple of extra anchors and replacing them semi-regularly as well as looking in to getting the Peak Design plates / captures for extra mounting points.I have a Fujifilm camera and the little anchors don't fit into the typical camera strap attachments which is kind of annoying but if you buy a spare anchor kit they send you the perfect little keyrings for it.

Compré este producto para varias cámaras pequeñas que tengo y sobrepasó mis expectativas, la calidad es excelente y el diseño también. Cuando no se utiliza se puede usar como pulsera para no tener que quitártela y ponértela a cada rato.Cuando la abrí los cordones rojos que van en la cámara no entraban por los agujeros, pero como piensan en todo el producto viene con dos arillos de aluminio para que los puedas colocar a la cámara.Excelente producto.

I'd been watching videos from photographers and videographers and I kept seeing that little red attachment anchor hanging from the side of their gear, but seldom was anything attached. I was intrigued because in my head, I imagined exactly what it was, and I hoped they had a wrist strap version... and they do!!I used to have a hand strap for my old DSLR, but it was a pain to get on and off, and needed its own attachment plate on the bottom of the camera. The Peak Design wrist strap is much easier to use, and the self-adjusting slider is genius.I have personally only attached one anchor point to my camera, as I don't need one on each side for a neck strap, so I've put the other anchor on my camera bag so I can put the wrist strap on my hand, detach it from the bag, and clip it to the camera anchor before pulling the camera out so I know it's safe from the start.

A bit pricey but well thought out and designed product. I've bought some other wrist straps for half the price for a couple of cameras but they certainly don't match the features of this product.First off, this strap is easy to attach or detach from my cameras. It can be done with one hand after some practice.Secondly, the strap holds enough of it's shape when fully opened up to make it possible to slide my hand into the loop single handedly.Thirdly, it's possible to detach the wrist strap from the camera and then wrap it in such a way as to become a bracelet on my wrist, ready to be instantly reattached to a camera. A small magnet in the strap (which can be shifted to suit your wrist size), captures the anchor end to make a compact loop around the wrist. This feature also makes a compact bundle for storing in a camera bag.Nice materials with no rough edges to chafe the wrist during use, easy to tighten and loosen after use.I'll likely purchase another one in a different color.
