You get what you pay for. There is a reason this is 30-some-odd dollars. The leather is cheap and I have no doubt it would break in a quick second. I needed to punch a new hole in the very end of the leather to get it to fit my 16.2hh gelding. I’m sure it’ll hold up for a short while but it wouldn’t last much longer. Probably should have sprung for the full priced side reins.

Picture shows clips on each end of the straps, but I got mine with clips only on one side and had to go buy clips to make it easy to take on and off.

The snaps are not as pictured, and broke before I even attached them to my horse. The leather and elastic are ok quality, but useable without the snaps.

You’ll need to add holes to fit your average size horse. My Mustang needed a good half dozen holes added.
