This is a great little scrapper overall. easy to hold in the hand and easy to change blades. One BIG problem is the black safety caps are incapable of staying in place. Its so bad I leave the metal razor blades installed upside down so the blade isnt exposed WHEN then cap falls off. If you have kids around be careful with this one. Mine are in the tool chest so no biggie but if the safety cap could save little fingers then look elsewhere.

Good Scraper with good plastic & metal blades. Plastic blades work great when you don't want to hurt vinyl or paint where a metal blade will bite into it. I did find when you working the scraper the cap at the other end can easily fall off. I used a soldering gun to slightly melt the cap center edge to create a "ledge" of plastic that would snap to the molding found on the holder. After that all was good.

I recently discovered that there was such a thing as plastic razor blades and I Love them.I've been using them in a variety of situation from opening boxes to scraping off tape and glue residue from windows to removing sticker from products. They are so versatile, safe to use and economical.

I do a lot of electronic servicing and often have to remove labels and stickers. A metal blade would dig right into the finish. Then, one day, I discovered that plastic razor blades exist. (I still can’t believe that I never even knew that they existed.) They’re a total game-changer. I don’t mean to get so excited, over something so trivial, but they’ve solved a problem that I’ve fought with for years. Highly recommended!

I ordered these to help me remove decals from vehicle without damaging the paint. The orange blade it self is not still enough. I have a friend say they had better success with the black blades as they were more stiff.Not knowing the brand or manufacturer of the ones he had used, I've not ordered black blades for replacement. On the different application the softer orange blade might be a best blade.

A good deal.The blade covers do not stay in place, and we had to glue the nuts that receive the thumscrews in place or they fall out, but minor issues as the nuts were hot glued and we threw away the covers!. We use these daily in our shop and they are much better than the single blade holders. They are sturdy enough to last.

Nice, and sure like the orange blades for glass or surfaces you need to protect. Great set, as a contractor I go thru these a lot... Very nice set. Keep me going for awhile!

These scrapers did not damage the paint and with frequent use of hot air gun followed by scraping with these plastic scrappers I was able to take all the film off. The film was thick and had baked on for 14 years. My earlier attempt using metal scrappers however left some scars.
