Lasted only 2 years. Bought and installed on a 1HP Hayward Superpump II in April 2021. In summer 2022, pump is beginning to hesitate starting up. Failed in May 2023. Capacitance is now less than 10uF. The original part lasted 5 years.

Worked perfect for starting 1.5 1-4 spa pump. Pump would hum then pop the overload.

Replacement for an internal start capacitor in a vintage Craftsman motor. Correct diameter (approx. 1-7/16) to be held by clamp inside motor housing. Length was a little shorter than original and it went in easy. My table saw is healthy again.

Bought this to replace a pool pump capacitor that leaked (pump was humming but clean inside). Started the pump fine but the capacitor blew 5 minutes after I installed the hose for the pool cleaner

Worked as a direct replacement for the starting capacitor on the century motor on my Hayward pool pump. The old cap measured 161 uF but the motor would struggle to start, occasionally tripping the breaker. The new one measured 198 uF. The pump now starts immediately, every time.

This saved my pool for Labor Day weekend. The pump motor stopped working and would only hum. Got this delivered within 2 days and now it works great
