Two sleep temperature settings: At an operating temperature of 250°C or above, the hibernation temperature is reduced to 200°C. For temperatures below 250°C, the sleep temperature is reduced to 90°C. Both modes help to protect the quality and extend the life of the soldering iron tip.

Great product for DIY at the house easy to use simple to set up and has all the essential pieces you need to do any kind of electronic repair for simple products that you would own.Heats up fast and enough wiring to use freely without burning your hand due to short cords.Would definitely recommend to anyone that's doing any DIY projects at home and needs a simple soldering solution gun.

Accurate, a great complete kit. I love Preciva products and have many in at my home in Europe. In fact when looking for something I need I look for Preciva first. I have folding stations, power supplies, crimp tools. Love them and when there has been a defect, they no hassle replace it. This product follows their reputation.

It works great! I've wanted a fine point soldering iron for a while so I could play around with PCB (printed circuit board) repair. I was able to remove and replace a micro capacitor without to much trouble. My planned use is more for trace repairs and larger component repair but I had this little board and wanted to see how detailed I could work. This kit has everything you could need for various small scale soldering work. Highly recommend!

The gun heats up fast and you can pause and unpause it to get it back to temperature. This has everything you need for a soldering kit. It's my favorite small tool in my home.

Ive gone through quite a few comparable soldering kit and so far this one is my favorite. The built in helping hands/ alligator clips is a great idea. The tip cleaner comes in its own tin that fits snuggly into the housing so it doesnt fall out. It has a 5 slot holder on the side for the different soldering tips that come with it, the temperature is easy to set and can easily switch between celsius and farenheit, and it has the side solder spooler. I like that everything actually attaches to the base which makes it easier to carry, unlike other units ive had where you have to carry several different components separately , which isnt fun when youre using them on vehicles and other things away from the bench.
