The sign is very thin metal. It was shipped just in a thin plastic film. Maybe I said to ship it that way by accident. It was bent in a few places but because it is thin metal it was easy enough to bend back in to place. I don’t mind the few wobbles that are left. Easy enough to scrape up two small screws to attach to my wooden gate.

It is late winter of 2024 - the sign (west facing) is almost unreadable. Sun fading occurred way to fast for what is by design something intended to remain outside. Construction of sign is ok.

Sign is completely faded after only a year. Don't buy. Sign is unreadable and I must replace it now.

Sign was great EXCEPT after 3 months the color is badly faded and sign will need to be replaced. Very disappointed as all other features were great. But it’s useless if you can’t read it!

When I told my neighbors they could park in my extra spot OCCASIONALLY, and they turned it into letting their RENTERS park there ALL THE TIME and BLOCK my trash pickup, it was time to take action. This sign helped set the record straight.The sign is durable and does what it needs to do. Now there is no argument that they "didn't know".
